3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Pav888 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You confirm that you will not:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or unlawful activity
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of pav888's systems
- Opening multiple accounts or helping others do so to gain an unfair advantage
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
- Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or reputation-damaging content against pav888 or other users
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and appropriate legal action at pav888's sole discretion.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
All transactions on pav888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX via local Malaysian banks and TNG eWallet. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation from the bank or eWallet provider. pav888 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal of winnings is processed via the same method used for the user's original deposit. First-time withdrawals require a successful identity verification (KYC) before processing. pav888 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the authenticity of transactions. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are typically completed within one to two business days once verification is done.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonus, free credits, or promotional offers provided by pav888 are subject to specific usage terms stated alongside the relevant offer. Bonuses cannot be directly withdrawn as cash unless the applicable wagering (rollover) requirements have been met. pav888 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse. Account Suspension & Closure
Pav888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or a security risk. Any valid balance in a suspended account will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the outcome of an internal investigation. Users whose accounts are permanently closed are not permitted to re-register without written authorisation.
